Branaldi is growing: Launching a new machine KBA and opening next production hall

Brandýs nad Labem, March 27, 2008

 A new machine which is unique in the Czech Republic has been launched. I has speed of 13,000 printing sheets per hour (size class 1200 x 1620 mm), quality of print as well as a factor of saving time which gets the customer thanks to its adjustment possibilities for a wide range of materials. These advantages are enforced by presence of matching machines in the area, which can be combined with this one according to the needs of a particular order.

New or significantly improved engineering and technical components, regulation proceeding and control processes as well as technical controls, make this newly structurized printer an interesting device for filling of individual demands in all areas of sheet offset printing use. "A lot could be written about advantages of this new machine, but our customers are preferably interested in what benefits they get offered by our printers. In a shortcut our services are now a bit cheaper, more flexible, the quality is higher and we will be able to finish orders in shorter time.” says Lukáš Hlaváček from the Branaldi company. The offset printer has an automatic system of paint economy, which means that the scale colours are complemented by a pressure distribution with sensors. Print certification and offset printing itself is in accordance with the Fogra 39L quota

 


The nw machine is not the only news with Branaldi. The company has opened a new production hall in its plant in Brandýs nad Labem, which will enable to increase current production volume.

Branaldi s.r.o. Czech Republic was founded in 1997 in Brandýs nad Labem. The company deals not only with development, but mainly with processing and production of atypical products, particularly from cardboard, paper and plastics used for marketing sales support, " POS / POP (point of sale or point of purchase).

Part of the company production is created by development and production of gift packaging, sales displays, advertising banners and comprehensive series of advertising for the sale and promotion of products. It is promotion of products at points of sale such as shop counters, supermarkets, shopping centres, etc. Another part of the production consists mostly of production of printed cardboard packaging. Ecology plays an important part at Branaldi. All products offered by the company are thanks to major use of paper material environment friendly. 100% recycling and abidance of the strictest European norms is essential for us. All used adhesives are water based, starch or dispersive, which means that they follow all environment protection rules.
