Offset printing

Offset belongs to the best known and most widespread printing technologies. It works on basis of repulsion of water and grease. To be printed parts accept printing- ink, not to be printed on places repel it. An interesting form of offset are current digital print technologies, in which the smooth (mostly selenium) cylinder forms a press form using electrostatic charge, which either accepts or repels color. The modern offset printing machine Rapida 162a creates new technical standards in the sheet press. Production performance of 13000 print sheets per hour lies in format class 1200 x 1620 mm far beyond usual output. New or significantly improved engineering and technical elements, regulation procedures and controlling processes as well as technical controls make this newly structured printer a very interesting machine for performance of individual requirements in all areas of sheet offset printing. A short look reveals presence of five printing and one painting units, which is in given format one of the most efficient machines in the field of large sheet offset printing.
