Production of the cutting tools
Die-cutting tools are manufactured either for own production needs or also as independent products for customers.
Production technology
- Matrix for cutting dies are burned by laser.

Product model
- Scale model for the customer is always ready!
- It can be prepared for approval even prior production of cutting die itself..
- In other cases is supplied together with the die. It prevents possible problems in following production.
- It is possible to cooperate on the development or fine tuning of the product structure.
- The scale model can be made with the print on the specific material without the necessity of film coating.
Format of received data
We accept data for cutting dies on all standard carriers and electronically in following formats . *.ai, *.eps, *.pdf, *.cdr, *.ps, *.dxf, *.ado, *.agd, *.dwg, *.ima, *.cf2, *.dde, *.m, *.lcd, *.n, *.hpg, *.igs, *.dat, *.lay, *.ipd, *.mi.
It can also be submitted on film.
Delivery dates
Delivery dates are completely dependent on demands and complexity of production. Cutting dies can be delivered already several hours from receiving production data. We provide a non-stop service including weekends and holidays.
